Of course, celebrities need to change according to their image. As for Christina Aguilera, looking "dirty" is needed to make her songs more realistic! Nothing unpleasant happened to her, anyway. In fact, she even became more famous because of the changes in her image, every now and then. She probably asked a lactation consultant regarding her breastfeeding.
